    changed shipping to free shipping
                     

    there was a shipping fee, but I told the buyer that I would not charge her a shipping fee

    how can I send it without charging her?

    If the buyer has not yet paid, go to Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting payment

     

    Locate the item, click the down-arrow, click Send Invoice and remove the shipping price, Send.

     

    If the buyer has already paid, you can select to Send Refund, enter a reason, enter the amount to be refunded, Send.
