@almcf Where are you trying to change a zip code? Is this on a sold item and the buyer asked to ship to a different address? If yes then you must cancel the sale as problem with buyers address, refund, relist so that they can buy again and put in the correct address at checkout.
You are required by eBay to ship to the address provided at checkout so you have seller protection for tracking proof of delivery.
If you are trying to update your OWN addresses in account settings>
Other members have reported that the address correction is not "sticking" unless they do these steps>
ADD a new address and THEN delete the old one in account settings. Be sure to update ALL of the shipping addresses.
