How do I change weight of package and create new shippping label
I've only been able to voide the previous label with the incorrect weight so far

Go back to your orders/sold page and find the item. In the drop down menu is the option to get another label. Once the eBay labels page opens you should see the fields to change the package details. If you don't see them look for a link to the advanced labels page.
