Change Tracking on Return after Seller provided a label
I was returning an item and the buyer did not have returns, so I had to escalate and eBay decided in my favor and said to ship it back. So I purchased a label and entered tracking number. Before I shipped Seller provided a Label. So i cancelled my label. However, I can not update the tracking information in eBay. I contacted support and it turned out to be only AI. All their suggestions did not work.
