Change the buyer name on an order that is already paid
I bought 2 earrings from the same seller, who attempted to combine shipping but couldn't print a shipping label for both items together because the buyer names on the 2 orders don't match. I need to change the buyer name on an order.
More info: I have a receipt for both items. One is purchased with the normal account I typically use to buy things and includes my name and home address. The other order has a buyer name that does not match my account name, but the name and shipping address are the same. I used Apple Pay to purchase both items, and I have the charge for both items on the same credit card.

If you made two purchases using different eBay accounts or if you purchased one or both as a guest purchase while not signed in, the orders cannot be combined.
Only orders made using the same account and shipping to the same name and address can be combined through eBay.
