Change the address on an international order
I sold to an international seller (from the US to Australia) using eBay’s international shipping program. I sent out my item promptly and it was received at the international hub. This morning the buy contacted me saying that need item shipped to a different international address than they provided eBay. I’m not how I can change the destination address as the shipping is largely out of my hands at this point. Do you know if it’s possible for me to change the destination address after I’ve shipped the item?
I had no idea what the previous address was, as I was shipping to the international hub. The seller says International Shipping won’t ship to a PO Box and is requesting that I change it to a street address.

As the Seller in this case, there is nothing you can do. Even before the item was shipped, you would not be able to change the address.
Once tracking shows the item has been successfully delivered to the hub in Glendale Heights Illinois, it is up to eBay to stop the shipment if it can't be delivered to a P.O.Box.
You could let your Buyer know that eBay will notify them if they are not going to ship the item from the hub.
