Change shipping to local pick up

Customer lives near me and does not want to pay shipping and wants to do local pick up. How do I change shipping to local pick up

@m-uk217 You have to cancel the sale as buyer requested ( have the buyer ask in eBay messages) then cancel as buyer requested from the drop down menu

Then refund, and relist as Local Pick Up only so that the buyer receives a code. This is the only way you will be able to prove delivery.

Proof of pickup

Proof of pickup is required to protect you against item not received cases.

For proof of pickup you can:

use the eBay app to scan the QR code the buyer received through email
manually enter the 6-digit code the buyer received through email in My eBay or Seller Hub

To scan the QR code:

Go to Selling on the eBay app.
Go to the Orders tab.
Select the Arrange Pickup banner.
Tap the Scan to confirm pickup button.

If the buyer doesn't have the QR code available, ask them for the 6-digit code they received through email and manually enter it in My eBay or Seller Hub.
