    Change shipping service after buyer has bought item
                     
             

    I’m shipping out a laptop and I had listed it under being shipped by USPS but when I went to the post office they said they don’t ship computers and that I would need to go to UPS or FedEx. How do I change the shipping service? I’ve already paid for a label but since I can’t use it anymore I’ve voided it.

    USPS will ship it, but if it has batteries it must go by ground, same goes for UPS or FedEx.   The option to print another label is in the drop down menu next to the item.  Make sure buyer is ok with you switching to another carrier.
