    Change shipping option
                     

    Sent offer. Buyer wants express shipping but I can't change option because it's locked . How do I change shipping option?

    You can not change the shipping when there is an active offer.

     

    You can decline the offer,  add express as an option, then ask the buyer to send a new offer.

     

    If your buyer has 0 feedback, I would just tell them express is not an option - express is favored by scammers.
