Change shipping after sale
I need a quick answer if you have it. Can I change shipping method after a paid sale? I want to do a local pickup but he has paid for shipping. Thank you!

Mentor3 years agoYes. If you want to do a local pickup after the buyer has paid, you will not have a tracking number, or a QR code (or 6 digit number) to enter into the transaction. Therefore, I suggest you print out the Order Details and have the buyer sign it when the item is picked up. You can go to the order, click the down-arrow, click Mark as shipped (even if you didn't ship). You can even click on Send refund and refund the shipping price back to the buyer.
