For shipments underway, register a forwarding address with all of the carriers that serve your closed address (USPS, UPS, Fedex, etc).
For new purchases, be sure to update all of your addresses within your eBay account:
https://accountsettings.ebay.com/uas/addresses
When you use eBay's checkout, make sure that your new address displays there. If it does not, then return to your addresses page and ADD a new address. Then delete the old address.
