Change shipping address
Buyer is having trouble receiving package from FedEx ground at the address they provided.( They also chose this shipping service.)They want me to contact FedEx and re-route to their work address. Am I obligated to do so? TIA

When/ if the item is returned to you then the buyer can make arrangements with you to pay to ship the item again.
