Change return address
When I print labels, the return address is wrong. How do I correct this?

When I print labels, the return address is wrong. How do I correct this?

1. Other members have reported that the address correction is not "sticking" unless they do these steps>
ADD a new address and THEN delete the old one in account settings. Be sure to update ALL of the shipping addresses.

2. ALSO make sure that the item location is correct on your active listings. Updating the addresses in account settings will NOT update your active listings or drafts.
If you do not use Business Policies you can use Bulk Edit to update the item location>
How to use bulk edit:
1. Go to this active listings page : https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active
2. Put a checkmark next to all items.
3. Select edit from the top of the list
4. Select all items again
5. Select edit fields on the upper left> location> edit and submit
****If you shipped items already that have an incorrect return address I recommend requiring a Return Authorization code ( any number you wish to use) that way you will have a chance to provide your OWN return shipping label in the case.
Turn OFF return automation and TURN on RMA
