change refund option
I ordered a item and it had to be send back for refund. When i started the refund the options were the original debit card or a ebay giftcard. Since buying the item my bank noticed fraud on my debit card and issued me a new debit card with a new number. Ebay contacted me that they were issuing me a full refund to the original payment method. I cannot get through to ebay, i keep getting AI and i need the refund to go on a ebay giftcard, paypal or a different debit card. What should i do?
