Change payout account
I am needing to change my payout account but I don't know the full account number of the current one which is a old closed down account of mine. Is there any way to change it.

Mentor8 months agoYou will need to contact customer service and they will be able to help you. You cannot do this through the site since you do not know all of the old account information,
You can contact customer service using this link and ask for a call back: eBay Customer Service Customer service is open from 5am to 9pm Pacific Time. Unfortunately you will still need to answer the AI bot questions in order to get help. eBay removed our way to get around the questions so you may need to ask for “Agent†several times before the system gets the message and lets you ask for the call back.
