If you already purchased and paid for the item, you cannot change the shipping address since the seller is required to ship to the address you provided at the time of payment.
You can reach out to the seller and ask them to cancel the transaction if they have not shipped yet and then you can repurchase the item using the correct shipping address.

Changing your shipping address after you've paid
If the shipping address you provided during checkout is incorrect, you won’t be able to change it. Instead, you should let the seller know as soon as possible by selecting Contact the seller on the order’s delivery information page.
Your primary shipping address is the default address we provide to sellers when you purchase an item. You can always add another address during checkout.
