Change of shipping company
I bought an item where the seller said they would ship the item via USPS but when I completed the purchase the seller changed the shipping company and shipped via OnTrac. Is that normal and legal?

If the item arrives after the estimated delivery date due to the change of shipping carrier, you can leave calm, factual feedback.
