Change of feedback by the buyer without sending a request by the seller.
Hi,
Problem: I mistakenly left a negative feedback with a positive description. I wanted to give positive feedback.
The seller has already exhausted the possibility of sending a request to change the feedback, so the opinion will stay forever with him.
Is there another way to change the comment? I saw a "request feedback removal" button but when I click on it, nothing happens. Can I write to eBay support to have them remove my negative comment? If so, who should I address this inquiry to?

You can try social media: Facebook or Twitter. They are very good.
Find how to send eBay a private message on https://Facebook.com/eBay or https://Twitter.com/AskeBay
If you don't have an account, your have to make one. Facebook is the easiest.
