Change of delivery method

Question

I have sold a mobility scooter on Ebay. I am going to deliver it personally to the buyers address. The buyer is happy with this, but Ebay have only given me the option of posting it! Which wouldn't work anyway!

So the buyer needs to be given a code I think, that he can give to me when I deliver the item to him. How can the delivery method be changed to make this happen? Please advise. Thanks

You need to list the item with Local Pickup as a delivery option in order for the buyer to receive the code. You can cancel the order and relist (revising the listing to add the pickup option) so that the buyer can repurchase the item.
