Change of address and very late delivery
I bought one item on September 12th/24 and it reported as stuck somewhere. I contacted the seller a couple of times to know what was happening and everything, but the seller didn’t respond whatsoever. The item was set to be sent to my cousin’s apartment, and it was expected to be delivered in a couple of days, but it ended up being delivered in the middle of December, so late that my cousin moved places and the item couldn’t be received. When in contact with eBay they answered my solicitation issuing a payback and agreed with it, I, believing that would get the money back didn’t continue to act on the solicitation and after a couple of weeks without nothing new the solicitation closed itself. Right now I don’t know what to do and can’t get in contact with an agent by text whatsoever, and they don’t have a way get in contact outside of the us/Canada. Any help is greatly appreciated.

There is nothing Ebay can do for you since the refund request has been closed.
You can try to contact the funding source you used to pay for the item.
