Change of address after purchase
just recently sold an item and the customer contacted me after the sale requesting an address change. How do I go about with this since the item needs to be verified with an identification process and then ship to customer's new address given?

Mentor3 years agoSellers need to send to the SHIP TO address attached to the payment. When a buyer goes to ebay Checkout, the SHIP TO address is displayed. If the item needs to be sent elsewhere, there is a CHANGE link to do so. If the buyer did not change the SHIP TO address, s/he needs to contact the seller.
The seller will need to file a Cancellation with Problem with buyer's address. Seller needs to relist the item, the buyer needs to repurchase the item, and this time makes sure s/he submits the correct SHIP TO address.
