change of address

Question

I cannot change to my new address on my current active listings; even though I changed them through my account. All the listings say the old location which interferes with my calculated shipping costs. I cannot get to speak to anyone but their useless computer which tells me to do what I already did.

Any help would be appreciated.

@valcynma You need to use bulk edit to update the item location on your listings.

How to use bulk edit:

1. Go to this active listings page : https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active
2. Put a checkmark next to all items.
3. Select edit from the top of the list
4. Select all items again
5. Select edit fields on the upper left> item location> edit and submit
