Change of address
I purchased a sports card and accidentally sent it to my old address. The seller has to send it to the authenticator first so he doesn’t see my address. How can I get ahold of the authentication people to possibly change my address?

Contact the seller to see if the seller will allow you to cancel and repurchase using the correct address, assuming the seller has not shipped yet.
