You can change your ship from location on active listings using Selling Hub > bulk edit.
Above your Active listings list, select Edit > All listings over on the left. You'll advance to Bulk Edit where you can select all items at once and choose which fields to edit.
Do you also need to change your address in your account settings?
Be sure to update ALL of your addresses here:

The next time you purchase a shipping label, on the label creation page, check to make sure that the zip code displayed for your Ship from/return address is correct. If it's not, click the Edit link and select the correct address as your default. After that, it should "stick."
