change my neutral rating i gave a seller
i messaged the seller if hardware was included, he replied yes, i purchased item , it arrived on time , excellant condition, but no hardware , i logged back on it asked for a seller rating, i put neutral. he has replied back an getting hardware - id like TO REMOVE NUETRAL RATING FOR HIM AN PUT EXCELLANT - i cant find where to change that rating i gave him, can someone show me how ,
