    Hi sir,ma'am. 

    I placed a negative feedback  for my last procurement which is a perfume.

    Then the seller contacted me for refunding me.

    So I would like to remove my negative feedback. 

    Could you please help me with that.

    The only way you can revise feedback is to have the seller send you a "feedback revision request". Message the seller and ask him or her to send you the revision request. The seller link below explains how the seller can do that.
