I accepted offer and buyer agreed to cover shipping cost but when I printed labeI I was charged cost.How do I correct this?

·2 years agoOffers are about the item price only, the shipping costs are what ever is shown in the listing and can not be changed.

The item you sold today had "Free shipping" on the listing, so you cannot charge the buyer for shipping.
