Change in Credit Card Linked to my eBay account
Hello, need some help here.
For many years, my MasterCard was linked to my eBay account for both purchases and refunds.
Recently, I had an issue with my MasterCard and had to cancel the card. I then linked another Visa card to my eBay account. However, I had two refunds recently ($10.00 and $23.83). The original purchase was made by my MasterCard, so the sellers refunded to the same MasterCard, but by the time the refunds were processed, that MasterCard was cancelled and my Visa card was now my primary method of payments and refunds. So my question is, where are my two refunds, since my MasterCard is no longer valid, and can these two small refunds be applied to my new Visa card? Thanks!!!

Mentor1 year agoRefunds can only go back to the original payment source.
If you closed the bank account associated with the Mastercard, contact your bank to see how refunds to closed accounts are handled.
