First, contact the buyer to ask if changing the carrier is OK. Some buyers make the decision to buy based on the carrier the seller indicates on the listing. Some buyers have rural addresses that are not delivered to, and the buyer must drive to the post office (sometimes an hour or more away).
If the buyer is OK with the change, then select the UPS option when you purchase your label.
