Change from shipping to deliver
I’d like to change from shipping my item to personal delivery to the buyer. How do I make this change?

The only current listing you have is set up for "Free local collection in person". If you are willing to travel to meet a buyer you have to give a Miles from, your location in the listing.

Because you are a new seller you may run into a problem, if a buyer pays for the item before meeting you. eBay places a 21-30 hold on all new seller's first few payments. On your sold item page the payment status will show Pending, until you provide tracking showing the item has been delivered and for some time after that, in case the buyer has an issue with the condition of the item.

To avoid possible issues with the hold, you should make it clear in the seller description, that you do not want a buyer to pay until they meet with you and inspect the item. Then they can pay you using an electronic method or in cash. If you sell using the app you will have to scan the QR or enter the 6 digit code the buyer is given to prove delivery of the item. Make sure when you communicate with the buyer to tell them they need to bring the codes they receive when you meet.
