You can only request a revision for feedback that is less than 30 days old. You can make 5 feedback revision requests per calendar year.

Mentor1 year agoYou have 30 days from leaving the feedback to ask the seller to send you a feedback revision request. The request is only valid for 10 days and cannot be sent again. Sellers only have a few of these requests available each year.
