Mentor2 years agoHi @marcrawfor_50 Why do you want to change your feedback? Did it suddenly start glowing? If the seller is telling you that if you change your feedback they will send you a replacement or refund your money, that is not how things are done. If you want your money back for an item that is not as it was described in the listing, file an official Return through eBay. Never agree to a replacement item. They never arrive. But while you're waiting, the clock will run out for you to file a Return. If the seller is in China, they still need to send you a Return shipping label. See the eBay Help page below. Good luck!

To revise a negative or neutral feedback, contact the seller and ask him to send you a Feedback Revision Request.
