You need to contact the Seller and see if they are willing to do a feedback revision request. If so, they will file the request for you, and you can then revise the feedback.
Keep in mind, they are only allowed to have so many of those per year and they don't have to use them. Considering they have 12 negatives this year alone, they may not have any to use.
