Change email communication language
For years my email communications with ebay sellers were in French and included "automatically inserted" sentences by ebay like "Livraison" (fr) instead of "Delivery" (en).
Now living mostly overseas I would prefer that the ebay generated text in the emails was in English (the sellers get confused/suspicious when we bounce messages back and forth and all the "standard" ebay text included in them is in a foreign language).
There is no option to change "preferred" language in the options of my ebay account.
The chatbot led nowhere... Any ideas how to change language?

Mentor8 months agoI believe the email language is set by your site of registration; since you registered in France, your language is French.
You may need to register a new account on another country site to get emails in another language.
