Change date on autopay for buyers

Since I can not talk to someone at Ebay Can someone let me know How I would change the date for Autopay for buyers on my account it is set for 7 days I would like to change thatThanks

@hollywoodhaven If you don't allow combined shipping then the buyer is charged one hour after the end of the auction.

Here are your options....

You can go back to not requiring a payment method before bidding and cancel as unpaid on the 5th day after the sale if the buyer has not paid.

If you want to require buyers to provide a payment method before bidding BUT do want to allow the buyer to keep shopping for 7 days then you need to NOT allow invoices on this page> https://www.ebay.com/ship/prf Then the payment method that was provided will be charged one hour after sale.

Autopay is when you as a seller require buyers to provide a payment method before making a bid or offer.

The setting is in buyer requirements in account settings> https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/buyerrequirements

If you require buyers to provide a payment method prior to bidding AND allow combined shipping in your account settings then the buyer may choose to keep bidding for 7 days before paying. The autopay settings cannot be changed. The buyer can select the up to seven days to pay because you offer combined shipping on your auctions. This time limit is set by eBay.
