change bank account details
Hi eBay Support,
A few days ago, I contacted eBay via live chat seeking assistance on how to avoid exchange rate fees. I am registered from Canada but am selling in the USA, which means my US dollars are being converted into CAD, resulting in high exchange rates. The support representative suggested using Payoneer. However, I am currently unable to find any option to add Payoneer to my eBay account.
I watched YouTube videos where they demonstrated a pop-up that allowed them to easily link Payoneer with eBay, but I cannot seem to locate it anywhere. When I attempt to add it manually, it asks for Canadian bank account details, which I have already used.
In summary, I need help to access the pop-up that will allow me to link Payoneer with eBay. Your guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

Mentor2 years ago@ssinsulation-49 I am sorry but the agent gave you incorrect information. Payoneer is only available for select countries.... " If you’re an eBay seller living or established outside of the United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, or the European Economic Area (except Iceland), then you will need to use a Payoneer account. "
Let me look into your options and I'll get back to you.

Mentor2 years ago@ssinsulation-49 I had to check the Canada site help page. I remembered seeing something about being able to get payouts in CAD.
Choosing your payout currency
When registering as an eBay seller, business sellers have the option of choosing between Canadian dollars (CAD) or United States dollars (USD) as their payout currency. Once you’ve completed registration, you can't change your payout currency.

What this means is that you need to register as a Business Seller to choose CAD but once you complete the registration, which you have, it can't be changed.
The only way to have payouts in CAD would be to start a NEW account as a business and select CAD as your payout at time of registration.
