Change and updated paid invoice to "shipping" instead of free local pickup

Question

I sold an item. The buyer inadvertently selected "local pickup" (which was free) instead of shipping when they paid for the item, and I am unable to find out how to send a new invoice with the correct shipping, or send a request for the updated balance. I've looked everywhere, all it seems I can do is mark this item as picked up already, or cancel the order outright.

The safe choice is to cancel as problem with buyer's address, relist and let him buy it again.

Stamps are probably not a high fraud item, so you would probably be OK to set up a listing for him to purchase to pay for the shipping, like this -
