The shipping address cannot be changed after you have made payment.

The seller is required to ship to the address you provided when you placed your order.

Only the seller can cancel your order, IF they choose to do so. You can contact them and ask if they could cancel, but the seller is not obligated to do so. Did you check that your shipping address was correct when you placed your order?

For FUTURE orders, make sure your shipping address is correct.
