change address after purchase

i have purchased 2 items from the same seller with 2 bill for the first one great but the second order my address was changed automatically from the app i donâ€™t change any address whin i pay and the seller was friendly he ask ebay to change the another address he says ebay refused that canâ€™t change the address

When purchasing from any seller, its very important to always review the sale and make sure your address is correct before paying.

I understand it was correct the first time, and not correct the second, but you're right. The App may have your shipping stored differently, so again its always important to review before completing the sale.

eBay does require the seller to ship to the address provided, otherwise the seller will not receive some of the seller protections that eBay offers. So they are correct in part.

As far as I know, (unless things have changed very recently) they can manually change the address, however doing so will void those protections I mentioned for the seller. So some sellers may state they cannot change the address in order to protect themselves.

The correct way to handle this, is for the seller to cancel and refund the sale, relist the item for you and you can repurchase with the correct address and move forward from there.
