My apologies, I now see that you are located in Poland and while we have asked eBay ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS to display a member's country here they have not complied with our wishes ... which would avoid this type of confusion.

Here is a link to the UK Community where you might get a more accurate location of that account information. community.ebay.co.uk

The two domains are different and some of the requirements for going from a private or personal account to a business account can vary.
