Selling an account and changing ownership | eBay
eBay does not allow you to sell or transfer or change your account.
Is there a reason why you opened the account in the other SSN in the first place?
As I mentioned in your other posts, you can start a new account and potentially use a third part application to download the current listings and then upload them to your new account but as I stated and eBay stated, you cannot change SSN and name information on an account.
