change a sellers rateing
I went off when a circuit board did not work and gave a poor rating and now wish to change that and it seems impossible. I have looked through the help thing and they are convoluted and do not seem to work. I feel bad and sure is almost impossible to change. Any ways that anybody has to help me please? also please not super complected as the regular help info is!
