Challenging an increase in shipping cost from UPS
Question: I am being charged an additional amount from UPS for a shipped item. The response I have is the box measured 13x13x12 and weighed 13 lbs. What I entered and was accurate to the scales I had was the box was marked as 12x12x12 and weighed less than 4 lbs. (It was a replacement glass 14 cup coffee carafe). How can I challenge this increase. There is no way it was 13 lbs and the box measurement should be accurate. Thanks for any guidance.
