Challenge a false counterfeit delete
I placed an ad for genuine software. It HAS the hologram logo on center of the DVD and factory labeling and packaging. It even has the factory scratch off still on the label. I can't find any way to dispute their deletion of my ad. Any ideas?

OP2 years agoAgent was great. NOT!!!! Told me to use a non-existant category. Still kicks back as counterfeit because evidently one MUST be a registered Intuit dealer to sell opened software!

It's very difficult to get eBay to agree to reinstate any listing they removed, especially software, but you can ask an agent.
Open this Help page on Removed listings
Scroll to the bottom and Click on "Contact us"
In the Help Chatbox that opens type AGENT at the bottom then press Send to bypass the bots
You should get the options to Chat live with an agent, or have them call you.
