CB amplifiers being listed under the Ham Amplifier category
I've been an eBay Buyer (and sometimes Seller) for years. I also happen to be a licensed ham radio operator.
For a long time, I've noticed CB amplifiers being listed in the Ham amplifier category. To be legally used on the ham bands an amplifier (made by a manufacturer) needs to be FCC type listed; most of the CB amplifiers don't meet this requirement. In my opinion, it shouldn't be allowed to list CB amplifiers in the Ham amplifier category.
