Caution Pop-up when searching to buy an item

A few years ago, a new feature appeared on e-bay. I purchase often, and with the new feature, if I happened to click on a seller's product and that seller had bad reviews, or other concerning qualities, Ebay would immediately give a bubble pop-up to me advising the cautionary status of the seller. Then one day, just as fast as it started, the pop-ups of caution, stopped. Did ebay change their policy or did I mess up a setting? I really liked the cautions a lot.

I don't ever remember pop ups warning of concerns with a seller.

That sounds more like a third-party add-on to your browser than something eBay would do.
