Caught in a scam
I'm pretty sure I fell for a scam. What do I do now?
I received an email saying I had an offer on my posting which had expired some time ago. The offer was for more than 2 times the amount I originally asked for . Being a first time selling on ebay I accepted the offer. Everything proceeded as I would have expected. My account showed that the buyer paid and the money showed up in my account. This all happened within about 3 minutes. My wife told me it was a scam so I stopped short of printing a shipping label. How can I get this all removed from my account?

First - go to your Financial summary page here and look over on the right on the Recent Activity list: Seller Hub | Your financial summary | eBay
If the is a transaction showing there then the item sold and is paid for. If there is nothing there it did not sell.
Next, here is what I see that you sold on August 17, 2023: If this is the item you are talking about ship it.

You can print your label through eBay and for most services receive a shipping discount on the cost of the shipping label.
