Category specific rules/policies
Sometimes when preparing a posting, the system gives a warning like "price not applicable to this category", "shipping is not within category limit", or "item not eligible for category", etc.
Where are these category specific rules posted? They do not seem to be in any quick and easy place, and asking the AI is like talking to a brick wall.

You cannot use a different category to get around those limits. That would be search manipulation and fee avoidance.
