Category Pre-Filled Item Information Added - Incorrect Item Specifics added to our listings
We have approximately 1,000 listings that have been revised with incorrect "Category
Pre-Filled Item Information" which appears to be related to similar but not exact MPNs.
Support "filed an IT ticket" weeks ago and we still have to update our categories daily. Even with the categories fixed (temporarily), incorrect data related to shoes mostly remains on our listing pages.
We do not sell shoes and some items are also being auto-enrolled into the Authenticity Guarantee program due to this issue.
Any info or assistance on resolving this issue is greatly appreciated.
