Catch 22 ebay loop!
A customer ordered something (2x together mind you) "by mistake". I was laid out sick for a week and the 3 day cancel limit passed. Now it won't let me do the cancel, cancel the cancel to redo it or let the customer do either as well!
How do you get out of this hellish loop!
